I hope that once you read my story — and learn how I went from flying in fancy corporate jets, to sporting scrubs in the psych ward — you’ll understand why I created The Brave Healing Journal.
About Carol:
A sought after speaker and founder of The Brave Initiative, Carol works with audiences globally to ‘get their brave on!’ and is committed to empowering women to unleash their fullest potential.
A passionate mental health advocate, having been diagnosed with bipolar disorder later in life, she is the author of The Brave Healing Journal, and the creator of the transformational 'Find Your Brave' experience. Her work has been featured in numerous magazines, podcasts, and TV appearances.
Having lived and worked in 11 countries, including an Ashram in India and a van in New Zealand, shaved her head for breast cancer and bungee jumped in her birthday suit, Carol walks her talk. She’s also an avid volunteer, knows her way around the pickle ball court, and has a serious carpool karaoke game!
